Yes, there are lockers close to Surf Beach that you may use to store your valuables and belongings safely (tokens required).

Tickets, Payments & Everything in Between
Tickets can be purchased online at www.dripdropfest.com by clicking the ‘Buy Now’ button, beginning 27th May.
VIP ticket holders will get access to special perks like front-row seating near the stage, VIP entrances, and VIP areas with amenities. The VIP tickets are limited and will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
VIP tickets will also include a complimentary drink and goodies bag, jam-packed with merchandise.

- Yes, The GA Early Bird tickets are limited. Ticket prices will return to normal once sold out.
- VIP tickets are limited as well and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Yes, first-timers must create an account to purchase the tickets, which may be done at checkout.
- Payment methods such as VISA, Mastercard, credit/debit card, FPX, Apple Pay or Google Pay are accepted.
- Ensure your bank authorises online purchases and that the purchase limit is sufficient.
Each person is allowed a maximum of 10 ticket purchases.
Yes, there is an additional processing fee of 2.8% and RM4 each ticket.
You’ll get an email as soon as your order is approved. Be sure you enter the right email address at checkout.
When a payment does not process, there are typically two causes:
1. Your bank has not yet enabled and/or approved online transactions. Kindly contact your respective banks for further assistance.
2. Limit set is insufficient. Payments made online will not be processed if the total amount is greater than the limit. Before buying your tickets, increase your purchase limit for online transactions to avoid this issue.

- Yes, if the ticket is valid and comes from a trusted source. Only tickets acquired directly from the Drip Drop Festival website are considered valid.
- Please be aware that DripDrop Festival maintains the right to prohibit entry for any fake/invalid tickets and is not responsible for them.
No, you don’t.
For entry on the event day, a digital copy of your valid ticket purchase will do.
All tickets purchased are non-refundable or exchangeable.
